為 VNV 兩週年而創作，以少見的玉米風味為核心，結合焦糖化爆米花、爆米花餅乾、爆米花慕斯與自製杏仁榛果帕林內，層層堆疊出溫暖且富有節奏的香氣。莓果元素則帶來清爽酸度，讓整體風味更顯乾淨平衡，呈現酥鬆、綿密與滑順交錯的細緻層次，如同一場驚喜首映般，緩緩展開。

Created for VNV’s second anniversary, this dessert highlights the uncommon flavor of corn through layers of caramelized popcorn, popcorn biscuit, popcorn mousse, and house-made almond-hazelnut praline with popcorn éclats, composing a warm and rhythmical aromatic profile.

Berry notes bring a delicate freshness and balanced acidity, allowing the sweetness to remain clean and refined. The textures unfold from crisp and airy to smooth and velvety, revealing each layer with the elegance of a surprise premiere.
