自製堅果帕林內、鬆軟蛋糕與果香交織出秋冬的樂章,最後以 70% 黑巧克力細膩封存。兩款風味詮釋季節的醇厚與明亮,在口中綻放多層次的節奏,如同樂章般悠然流轉。


篇章一|西西里開心果 × 覆盆莓

西西里開心果蛋糕體,浸潤覆盆莓的果香酸韻,中心夾入 VNV 自製開心果帕林內,下層鋪以法式酥鬆餅乾體,外層再以 70% 黑巧克力環繞,果韻與堅果層層呼應,盈滿冬日的細緻平衡。

篇章二|皮埃蒙特榛果 × 百香果

嚴選皮埃蒙特榛果蛋糕體,融入百香果的清爽明亮,中心藏入 VNV 自製榛果帕林內,底部搭配法式酥鬆餅乾體,外層覆上 70% 黑巧克力,熱帶果香與堅果深韻在口中奏響秋冬的雙重奏。

VNV presents the Presto Cake — Autumn–Winter Edition, where homemade nut praliné, soft cake, and bright fruit notes are gracefully enclosed in 70% dark chocolate. Two creations reflect the season’s warmth and depth, unfolding on the palate like a layered symphony.


Movement I — Sicilian Pistachio × Raspberry

Sicilian pistachio cake gently infused with raspberry brightness, layered with VNV’s homemade pistachio praliné, set on a French crumble base, and enrobed in 70% dark chocolate — a harmony of tangy fruit and nutty elegance for the colder days.


Movement II — Piemonte Hazelnut × Organic Passion Fruit

Piemonte hazelnut cake infused with the vibrant intensity of organic passion fruit, filled with VNV’s homemade hazelnut praliné, resting on a French crumble foundation, and finished with a 70% dark chocolate shell — a luminous duet of tropical freshness and nutty depth, echoing the richness of autumn and winter.
