Return and Exchange Policy

All products sold on VNV's online store are categorized as food items. For food safety and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been sold. However, if the product specifications are incorrect, the item is wrong, or there are defects, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.

To protect your rights, please take photos of the product and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it through the following channels:

Before initiating a return, please confirm the details with our customer service team and send the product back to the designated address. Once the return has been inspected and confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

When returning items, please ensure that the product, inner and outer packaging, invoice, and all accessories are intact. Incomplete or damaged returns cannot be processed.

  • Defective products: Return shipping costs will be covered by VNV.
  • Returns for personal reasons: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original credit card account within 10-14 business days (excluding public holidays). Please monitor your credit card statement. For further assistance, we recommend contacting your credit card issuing bank.
