一款源自主廚童年記憶的甜點創作-以珍稀的大溪地香草為靈魂，

結合胡桃帕林內脆餅的酥香與香草奶餡的柔潤口感，層層包覆於白巧克力香草慕斯的細膩滑順之中。

最上方點綴一抹香草海鹽焦糖，並覆上炙烤杏仁酥餅，為整體增添溫暖而穩實的香氣。

每一道風味，都是對童年味覺記憶的輕柔喚起，是一段只屬於回憶與味覺之間的溫柔連結。

A delicate dessert inspired by childhood memories.

This creation is gently drawn from the chef’s early recollections—

anchored by the rare elegance of Tahitian vanilla,

layered with a crisp pecan praliné base and soft vanilla cream,

wrapped in a silky white chocolate vanilla mousse.

At its heart lies a touch of salted vanilla caramel,

resting on the top of toasted almond streusel.

Each layer unfolds like a quiet return to childhood—

inviting warmth, softness, and the sweet simplicity of a memory .
